Lead Front-end Engineer, Javascript

• Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the front-end engineering team in Buenos Aires
• Define front-end architecture and drive engineering standards, code quality, and scalable component practices
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and promote clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript solutions
• Integrate AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code and coding assistants, into engineering workflows
• Collaborate with Design, Product, leadership, and client teams to deliver pixel-perfect and accessible experiences
• Oversee technical delivery, unit-testing strategies, accessibility compliance, and performance benchmarking

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture
• Experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools
• Deep understanding of web accessibility, including ARIA and screen readers
• Understanding of rendering performance at scale
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants
• Previous experience in creative agency environments or managing client-facing engineering teams
• Strong ownership and project-management capabilities
• Ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
