Full Stack Software Engineer

• Understand users, their needs, and how they use the software
• Turn user understanding into clear requirements and practical product decisions
• Build features across Postgres, APIs, and React interfaces using TypeScript and Python
• Design usable interfaces around real tasks and workflows
• Work with data models, migrations, authentication, and permissions
• Implement and test changes
• Investigate failures and follow features through deployment and production use
• Work with experienced engineers across the database, API, and interface
• Verify code produced with AI development tools
• Contribute to product direction, architecture, and framework decisions

• Strong experience in full-stack software development
• Practical experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, React, and relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, permissions, and debugging
• Ability to explain decisions and work through unfamiliar problems
• Interest in product development and user experience
• Comfort using AI development tools and critically reviewing their output
• Ability to test and verify changes
• Ownership of work, clear communication about progress, and willingness to ask for help when needed
• Clear English communication
• Residence in Hungary for a full-time Hungarian employment contract
• Useful additional experience with Python, Supabase, or comparable backend platforms
• Experience deploying applications, maintaining production systems, or working with CI/CD pipelines
