Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects
• Configure and customize EC, LMS, or Integration solutions according to specialization
• Analyze business requirements and propose functional solutions
• Support data migration, integrations, and system testing
• Collaborate with technical teams and global stakeholders
• Provide support during go-live and post-implementation
• Work on an international implementation project, supporting the implementation of modern solutions aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices
• Collaborate closely with HR departments and global teams

• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects
