SAP Principal Application Consultant – Project Manager

• Lead SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements focused on SAP Cloud solutions
• Own project delivery, governance, resource coordination, client satisfaction, scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and advise client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control
• Support business development, account development, pre-sales activities, and SAP Cloud capability expansion in the Nordic market
• Facilitate workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning
• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams
• Align business requirements with SAP solution design
• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, process standardization, and business transformation
• Guide solution design using logistics and supply chain expertise
• Support organizational change, business process optimization, and SAP best-practice adoption
• Contribute to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and solution roadmaps
• Coach and mentor consultants and project team members
• Promote Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence

• Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives
• Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Logistics, including SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across multiple industries
• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is considered a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations is highly valued
