Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

• Provide consulting services for a financial services client account
• Manage multiple regional retail bank renovation construction projects from initiation through completion
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruptions
• Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
• Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
• Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
• Ensure project functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
• Facilitate regular project status meetings for active and pending projects
• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
• Develop improved methods, products, processes, standards, and operational plans
• Coach others and model behaviors consistent with company values
• Influence stakeholders and communicate difficult and complex ideas
• Impact customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multi-discipline teams
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Financial services client experience required
• Retail construction program experience highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
• Up to 25%-30% regional travel either in the Eastern or Central time zones
