Test Automation Engineer

• Develop and optimize test automation solutions for web and mobile applications
• Design and maintain scalable test frameworks and automated test cases
• Define testing strategies and ensure a high level of software quality
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve processes
• Work closely with Development, Product Management, and stakeholders
• Coach colleagues and establish test automation best practices

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in test automation
• Proficiency in WebdriverIO, Cypress, Appium, Selenium, or comparable tools
• Experience with BDD approaches, such as Cucumber/Gherkin
• Strong programming skills in Python, ideally complemented by JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
• Analytical and structured approach to work, along with pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
