Coding Specialist, Fluent in Spanish, Freelance AI Trainer

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Latin America)
• Challenge advanced language models on coding and software engineering topics
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Help harden AI model reasoning and build training data for next-generation AI

• Fluent in Spanish (Latin America)
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems
• Ability to verify logical accuracy and coding fluency
• Ability to assess naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Spanish, or open-source contributions signal fit

• Pay range of $8-to-$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location
