Senior Cybersecurity Project Analyst

• Plan, execute, and monitor Cybersecurity and Technology projects
• Manage project schedules, scope, budget, resources, deliverables, and performance indicators
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote alignment among the areas involved
• Track activity progress, identifying risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage risks and develop mitigation action plans
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines, scope, quality standards, and objectives
• Prepare progress reports and executive presentations on project status
• Manage relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead project status meetings, alignment sessions, and checkpoints
• Apply agile and traditional project management methodologies according to the context
• Support the prioritization, planning, and organization of activities
• Resolve problems and remove blockers throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Cybersecurity project management processes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Solid experience leading Cybersecurity-related projects
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of PMBOK and project management best practices
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, and/or Trello
• Strong skills in managing schedules, risks, scope, costs, and performance indicators
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with complex Cybersecurity projects in corporate environments
• Hands-on profile, with the ability to understand technical aspects of projects and collaborate with Information Security teams
• Knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Experience in large-scale environments or multidisciplinary projects
