Senior IT Systems Administrator

• Shape and maintain the roadmap for corporate IT infrastructure
• Develop policies and repeatable processes for identity management, device security, application access, and IT support
• Lead administration of Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Slack, and the Atlassian Suite
• Use n8n, Python, JavaScript, AI tooling, and native automation to eliminate manual work and streamline user lifecycle management
• Administer AI tools, including SSO/SCIM provisioning, usage and spend management, data access, and integrations
• Implement security best practices across systems
• Manage endpoint security and configuration with Jamf
• Enforce access policies with Okta
• Secure and monitor office networks for performance and compliance
• Support employee technology systems and serve as a senior escalation point
• Create documentation and support Jira Service Management workflows
• Resolve complex issues and automate recurring service requests
• Partner with Security, HR, Engineering, and other departments to deliver technology solutions

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a cloud-first environment
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace and Jamf
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Proficiency administering the Atlassian Suite: Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Understanding of IT security principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure, especially AWS basics
• Hands-on Identity and Access Management experience, including Okta administration
• Strong Python or JavaScript scripting and automation skills
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Kestra
• Practical office networking experience with firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and monitoring tools such as Datadog
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Professional certifications are a bonus, including Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Fortinet NSE
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform is a bonus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture is a bonus
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships is a bonus
• FortiGate, Ruckus, or advanced Datadog experience is a bonus
