Business Analyst

• Analyze business, IT, and digital processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement areas
• Support process reengineering and redesign of operational flows
• Contribute to designing governance frameworks, organizational models, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms
• Conduct or support maturity, readiness, and compliance assessments
• Gather requirements, structure evidence, and prepare interviews and workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Define KPIs, controls, conceptual dashboards, and monitoring models
• Produce consulting deliverables including AS-IS / TO-BE, gap analysis, roadmap, operating model, action plan, and executive summary
• Contribute to the internal capitalization of practice templates, methodologies, and assets

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience
• Experience analyzing business, IT, and digital processes
• Experience with process reengineering and operational flow redesign
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, organizational models, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms
• Experience conducting or supporting maturity, readiness, and compliance assessments
• Requirements gathering and evidence structuring
• Ability to prepare and facilitate interviews and workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Experience defining KPIs, controls, conceptual dashboards, and monitoring models
• Knowledge of AS-IS / TO-BE, gap analysis, roadmaps, operating models, action plans, and executive summaries
• Skills in Business Analysis, Dashboards, Gap Analysis, KPIs, Operating Model, Process Analysis, Process Reengineering, To-Be Process, and Business Process Modelling Notation
• English language
• Italian language required
