Tech Lead/Architect, .Net, Azure

• Define and drive solution architectural decisions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable
• Work closely with the development team to support feature implementation
• Review technical solutions
• Promote good programming and architecture practices
• Maintain direct contact with the client's technical experts
• Serve as a technical reference for the team
• Bridge business needs and technical decisions
• Contribute knowledge to CI&T and the broader community
• Work on an international project

• Solid knowledge and experience in C# / .NET Core 8 and ASP.NET Core MVC Razor 8
• Experience defining and evolving cloud solution architectures, especially on Azure
• Experience with Azure infrastructure
• Experience with databases, version control, cloud, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience or ability to work with support activities
• Ability to capture and share knowledge
• Good communication skills, both technical and business-related
• Advanced or fluent English
