Finance Working Student

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the finance tech stack
• Automate finance processes
• Structure, maintain, and further develop master data processes
• Prepare incoming invoices and review outgoing invoices
• Support the continued automation of invoicing processes
• Perform preparatory tasks related to the month-end close
• Structure financial data
• Support the review of new contracts
• Help establish the procurement function
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for Finance and Management

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Procurement
• Initial practical experience through an internship, working student position, or comparable role in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Procurement
• Basic understanding of the income statement, monthly and annual financial statements, and KPI frameworks
• Structured and detail-oriented working style, with an interest in process optimization and automation
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ideally, initial experience with AI tools such as Claude or Langdock
• Confident communication skills in German, at least at B2 level
• English language skills are an advantage
