Senior SAP FI Consultant

• Serve as a Senior SAP FI Functional Consultant, focusing on Brazilian Tax Reform
• Configure and customize SAP FI
• Work with GL, AP, AR, AA, and TRM processes
• Analyze integrations between FI, MM, SD, CO, and Tax
• Handle requirements related to Brazilian tax legislation and Tax Reform
• Lead workshops and gather requirements with business teams
• Participate in TO-BE process design
• Prepare functional specifications
• Execute and support integration testing
• Participate in UAT
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities
• Work on SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA projects, considering financial and tax impacts

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA projects
• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP FI
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (TRM)
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP FI, MM, SD, CO, and Tax
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation
• Knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and federal withholding taxes
• Knowledge of Brazilian Tax Reform concepts, including CBS, IBS, Selective Tax, financial credit, full non-cumulativity, Split Payment, and assisted tax assessment
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation or rollout project
• Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, TO-BE process design, functional specifications, integration testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner (BP), New Asset Accounting, and Fiori Apps
• Experience in Tax Reform projects
• Experience migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP DRC, SAP TDF, SAP GRC, and tax solutions from Thomson Reuters, Sovos, Mastersaf, and Synchro is preferred
• SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication with business and tax teams, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, a consultative and proactive approach, experience working in multidisciplinary teams, organization, and autonomy
