Controller

• Support the preparation of the company-wide planning process and regular rolling forecasts
• Contribute to defining financial and operational KPIs and analysis areas
• Support data collection and derive recommendations for action
• Analyze business performance and develop proposals for measures
• Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management, investors, and specialist departments
• Support specialist departments with commercial and financial matters
• Actively participate in projects and ensure that controlling requirements are taken into account
• Support the management of central controlling processes
• Collaborate with other business areas
• Contribute to the continuous development of controlling tools and systems

• German and English language skills; English at least at B2 level
• Approximately 2–3 years of initial professional experience in controlling or related functions
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable
• Team player with initiative
• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
