Fullstack Software Engineer – Ops AI Platform

• Build the Ops AI Platform from the ground up, shaping its architecture, product, and foundation
• Integrate AI agents into internal tools with context-aware chat interfaces
• Enable non-technical Ops users to create, maintain, test, evaluate, and monitor AI agents
• Build tools connecting AI agents to internal business data, external servers, and web dashboards without APIs
• Implement safety and accuracy measures including testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, permissions, and limits
• Develop LLM, tool-calling, human-in-the-loop, internal-tools UX, and multi-agent capabilities for production use
• Scale automation from dozens to tens of thousands of daily tasks
• Influence system architecture and code quality
• Mentor engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and participate in hiring

• 3+ years of experience as a product engineer
• Strong background in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture, with a backend engineering focus
• Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or MLOps is a plus
• Product-minded approach
• Fluent in English; French is not required
• Legally able to work from France for any employer
