Events Analyst I

• Plan, organize, and execute institutional, academic, and corporate events
• Support the development of the institution’s annual event calendar
• Plan event logistics, including infrastructure, vendors, schedules, and budgets
• Liaise with Marketing, Academic Affairs, Communications, Finance, and Facilities teams
• Hire, negotiate with, and oversee vendors and service providers
• Ensure the operational execution of events, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Support student recruitment and relationship-building initiatives with students, prospective students, and the external community
• Monitor event metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, impact, and results
• Prepare post-event reports analyzing results and identifying improvements
• Ensure consistency and excellence in the participant experience

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Events, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience organizing and executing corporate, educational, or institutional events
• Knowledge of logistics planning and vendor management
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences
• Availability to work at in-person events and flexible hours
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
