Field Service Technician

• Install and commission portioning machines at customer sites
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical and mechanical faults
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability
• Train customers in the safe operation and maintenance of the machines
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Identify service opportunities for spare parts, service contracts, or upgrades

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic with additional qualifications, or equivalent
• Experience servicing machines and equipment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good command of German
• English language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel: approximately 50% nationally (primarily southern Germany) and 50% internationally
• Class B driver's license
