Field Service Technician – Großräschen, Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, Spremberg

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating contractors by phone and on site
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in on-call service to provide customers with the fastest possible support
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

• Completed specialized training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer
• Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigeration certificate required; Category 2 refrigeration certificate is an advantage
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent customer focus, and willingness to travel
