SAP HCM Consultant – SuccessFactors Integration

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM, with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and other components
• Support rollout, migration, and upgrade projects
• Work on SAP HCM integrations with other applications
• Configure and administer SAP BIB for integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Work with bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Create mapping sheets and develop logic for integration scenarios
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Work with Employee Central (EC) and its integration prerequisites
• Provide guidance on functional and configuration aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Analyze and resolve issues related to replication via IDocs

• Solid experience with SAP HCM
• Knowledge of PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Experience with SAP BIB and IDocs
• Experience with migration, rollout, upgrade, and integration projects
• Ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams
• Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English
