Process & Systems Manager

• Develop and optimize automations and functions in Zoho Apps
• Program custom micro-apps based on the homebase platform using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL
• Develop and expand the CRM using Deluge scripting and custom functions
• Create technical solutions through programming, Excel macros, or integration with AI platforms
• Analyze, optimize, and document existing business processes
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with specialist departments to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Support the implementation of new systems and tools

• Basic programming knowledge, e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or VBA
• Interest in developing applications and automations independently
• Logical thinking and a solid understanding of data structures and data models
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and willingness to use modern AI tools in day-to-day work
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and automation tools
• Experience in process optimization and system integration
