Senior Travel Consultant

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations
• Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements
• Maintain, actively communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries

• Extensive Travel Agent experience
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
