Product Content Manager

• Configure and manage website widgets, banners, sliders, categories, and game placement using the CMS
• Rotate and sort content based on click-through rate (CTR), conversion, GGR, and game performance metrics
• Maintain the content calendar and consolidate request backlogs from cross-functional teams
• Write clear specifications for design and copy teams
• Prioritize content work by expected ROI and track execution
• Communicate directly with B2B provider account managers
• Negotiate commercial terms, game launches, promotional mechanics, and exclusive setups
• Reduce operator costs by negotiating better provider rates
• Prioritize higher-margin games and mechanics in the lobby
• Track KPIs across game categories, providers, and individual titles
• Identify and react to performance anomalies or drops in key metrics
• Formulate hypotheses and launch content A/B tests independently or with the Product team
• Compile test data, evaluate results, and drive end-to-end implementation
• Perform benchmarking on iGaming trends, new mechanics, competitor content management, and casino navigation

• Proven track record in a Content Manager, Product Manager, Category Manager, or Operations role within the iGaming / Casino domain
• In-depth understanding of RTP, volatility, and game mechanics (Crash, Slots, Live Casino, Megaways, etc.)
• Hands-on experience managing site content structures and layouts via Content Management Systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data aggregation, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests effectively, even with low data volumes
• Experience dealing directly with B2B account managers and gaming providers
• Capability to package analytical findings into clear, concise presentations or executive one-pagers
• Extreme ownership and ability to deliver turnkey solutions from ideation through implementation
• Proactivity and ability to identify growth levers and bottlenecks independently
• Structured and analytical mindset; ability to spot patterns, draw logical conclusions, and manage multiple parallel operational streams
• Clear, data-backed communication with internal teams and external providers
• High precision when configuring CMS setups, reviewing content, and delivering reports
