Peoplesoft Specialist / Consultant

• Support development, enhancement, and change management activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• Provide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance
• Perform platform updates and ensure stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components
• Support migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment
• Work with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve HR-related business processes and system functionality

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62
• Experience with SQL Server administration and development
• Understanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher
• Experience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure hosted environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
• English: upper-intermediate
