Head of GTM Systems, AI
Sobre el puesto
• Own the internal AI operating model for go-to-market, including the skills library, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI, in partnership with Data and Enablement
• Turn successful AI practices into patterns adopted by other functions
• Own the long-term design of the GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tooling
• Decide what to build versus buy
• Identify the best solution for business problems and assess cost and feasibility
• Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, customer success systems, and web operations
• Set and maintain standards for documentation, testing, and deployment
• Manage vendors end to end, including evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, and renewals
• Partner with leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial functions
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams
• Learn the team, technology stack, and cross-functional partners within the first month
• Own quarterly objectives and visibility routines
• Deliver a major cross-functional change within three months
• Own the full vendor-renewal cycle across the commercial stack
• Ship at least one AI agent that monitors business data and proactively reaches people within six months
• Create a 12–18 month roadmap for systems infrastructure, ways of working, and the AI portfolio
• Demonstrate commercial capacity reinvested as a result of the team's work
• Agree development paths with each team member
• Establish the team as the company's reference for AI-native operations
• 5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, or an adjacent path such as technical product management or consulting where real systems were designed and shipped with a strong AI mandate
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling
• Fluency in modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools
• Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus
• Experience building with modern AI tooling, including agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and agent evaluations
• Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize investments and measure impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue
• Strategic alignment and executive communication skills
• Ability to drive change through to adoption
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience running vendor evaluations end to end
• Ability to set and maintain standards for documentation, testing, and deployment
• Ability to coach senior individual contributors
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
