Full-Stack Developer, Kotlin/React – Dev II

• Write and test code incrementally, using agile practices and thorough documentation
• Conduct excellent code reviews and support colleagues in design decisions
• Continuously test, deploy, and monitor your code in production
• Collaborate with colleagues across related teams to evolve the ecosystem
• Work on strategic projects for Grupo Boticário
• Maintain the payments platform by identifying issues, root causes, and resulting impacts
• Help shape and decide, together with the team, the future of the payments platform

• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions to production
• Knowledge of Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Interest in and knowledge of data structures
• Experience with monitoring and logging
• Knowledge of REST and event-driven architecture
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• A critical perspective on performance and security
• Strong understanding of software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction
• Strong ability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and engineering cultures
• Proficiency with Git or another collaborative version control system
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software issues
• Experience with load testing
• Ability to mediate conflicts and help refine user stories
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience with financial products is a plus
