Growth Associate

• Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, including prospecting, connection requests, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement
• Manage the prospect pipeline and track opportunities through follow-up
• Improve targeting, messaging, and outreach processes to generate customer opportunities
• Run reactivation campaigns for existing and past clients
• Coordinate client introductions and referrals
• Develop repeatable processes that generate new business from client relationships
• Own recurring go-to-market activities and ensure consistent execution
• Build and improve workflows, templates, trackers, and documentation
• Track results, identify bottlenecks, and test performance improvements
• Lead operational projects that improve customer acquisition
• Work with Talent Partners to understand client satisfaction and identify outreach opportunities and timing
• Organize growth initiatives, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain execution
• Coordinate weekly LinkedIn content, including posts highlighting open roles
• Maintain consistent content publishing and improve reach and engagement

• 1–3 years of work experience
• Exposure to growth, sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but is not required
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and natural-sounding messages
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new platforms, processes, and tools
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
