Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

• Decide what to build based on the biggest customer lever each sprint and drive it to production
• Build AI-powered solutions using OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, and evaluation harnesses
• Ship fast prototypes and make them production-grade
• Work directly with customers by reviewing claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows
• Identify user dead ends and decide what to improve
• Improve the codebase through reviews, refactors, testability, and observability
• Advance team skills, agents, internal tools, and engineering standards
• Develop AI-powered insurance solutions for claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation

• 6+ years building production systems
• Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained
• Built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, web security, and performance
• In-depth knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with the remaining listed cloud platforms sufficient to hold a conversation
• Ability to explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one
• Ability to pick up a new tool and ship with it within the week
• Experience shipping something real with LLMs or agents
• Production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Vue, React, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS, or comparable technologies
