Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

• Analyze requirements from regulations, standards and customers, derive cybersecurity requirements and ensure fulfillment via traceability
• Participate in defining the underlying cybersecurity concept and align it with affected teams
• Perform the rollout of defined cybersecurity processes and activities
• Train and closely cooperate with developers
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Specify, review, analyze and trace cybersecurity requirements
• Support creation and alignment of a unified, holistic cybersecurity requirements-engineering concept
• Collaborate with and train various departments
• Drive implementation and rollout of cybersecurity processes and activities
• Train the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security
• Experience in performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in the discipline of OT or product security
• Skills in using requirements engineering tools like Polarion, MagicDraw or DOORS
• Experience with defining, rolling out and training processes in an enterprise organization
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper and ISO27001
• Enjoyment of diverse topics and ability to help drive effective solutions
• Ability to drive topics continuously and sustainably
• Proficient in English
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning and backlog management
