Customer Support Specialist III – Data Analysis

• Send daily reports, analyze KPI variations, and support leadership in decision-making;
• Monitor performance indicators and provide operational support;
• Perform daily database updates to populate all dashboards currently developed by the MIS (Management Information Systems) team;
• Automate processes to ensure timely updates and improve database loading efficiency;
• Manage MIS deliverables;
• Monitor deviations in results and indicators generated by MIS;
• Provide models and information to support MIS activities;
• Negotiate scope, priorities, and requirements for the development of MIS reports and tools;
• Ensure delivery quality and compliance with request requirements.

• At least 18 years of age;
• Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative field or Business Administration);
• Strong analytical skills, with a critical and constructive mindset;
• Detail-oriented;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability and willingness to work with others;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Commitment to results and quality;
• Adaptability;
• Previous or current experience with data modeling, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and automation;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, ETL, Visual Studio Integration Services, SaaS, and Power BI;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA/macros) and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Kanban;
• Knowledge of and experience in operations;
• Experience in MIS/BI (preferred);
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access;
• Experience creating reports and performance indicators;
