Junior Product Manager, Cash Management

• Define the product vision, map the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative embedded finance solutions.
• Execute the product strategy for cash management products, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and launch products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog by defining and refining requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering innovation and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably with digital financial products.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile development, and Lean methodologies.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products to market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and an understanding of the regulatory challenges faced by cash management products are highly desirable.
