Junior IT Governance Analyst

• Perform IT governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports
• Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes
• Assist in identifying and monitoring IT risks and controls
• Support the organization and documentation of governance processes, procedures, and evidence
• Contribute to compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align processes with strategic objectives
• Support initiatives related to compliance, internal controls, and IT governance best practices

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT and ITIL
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and internal controls
• Knowledge of report preparation and KPI monitoring
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Previous experience in corporate IT environments is desirable
• Must reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro
