Junior Customer Support Analyst – Tax Bookkeeping

• Provide customer support via chat
• Clarify questions related to Contmatic solutions
• Record and follow up on customer interactions
• Monitor individual team performance indicators
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve requests
• Participate in training and product update sessions

• Knowledge of tax routines and legislation, including invoices, taxes, and statutory obligations
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Completed Technical Accounting program or currently pursuing higher education in a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability
• Experience at accounting software companies or accounting firms is a plus
• Zendesk knowledge is a plus
• Courses or certifications related to customer service and communication are a plus
