Senior Cloud Business Analyst

• Independently lead early project phases, including discovery workshops, assessments, pre-sales, and business case development
• Represent the business perspective throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Translate business strategies and industry requirements into business cases for data platforms, analytics, GenAI use cases, and cloud transformations
• Analyze business models and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, conversion, customer lifetime value, cost efficiency, and scalability through data and AI
• Advise clients at management and C-level on Data & AI strategies, as well as TCO, ROI, and investment prioritization
• Work closely with engineering teams and translate technical capabilities into business value
• Create presentations, visualizations, and dashboards to support management decision-making

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in business or IT consulting or digital transformation
• Confident and credible presence with senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand and compellingly position Data & AI consulting, engineering, AWS reselling, and managed services
• Strong industry expertise
• Solid understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, and AI use cases
• Demonstrated experience with ROI, TCO, and investment prioritization
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and interest in new technologies, industries, and business models
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS, is a plus but not required
