Senior SAP HCM Consultant

• Prepare requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
• Support customers with the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
• Independently manage customer engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment
• Provide consulting, customization, and configuration services
• Actively contribute to the development of the company strategy

• Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science, human resources, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills
• Willingness to travel is required
• Persuasive presence, structured approach, and confident communication skills
