Contract Project Manager

• Support the Client Solutions team to contribute to the financial health and success of the account portfolio
• Manage staffing and labor on project schedules
• Develop pricing and scope and ensure internal planning and delivery of project deliverables
• Partner with Group Directors, Managing Advisors, and other stakeholders
• Guide development, management, and delivery of scoped deliverables
• Assess resource allocation and profitability
• Influence internal processes and operational standards
• Oversee account performance, including labor tracking, billing accuracy, risk management, and scope adherence
• Ensure scopes, deliverables, and services remain aligned with business objectives
• Conduct impact analyses for scope changes and recommend next steps
• Manage client scopes of work, cost outs, contracts, and billing requirements
• Facilitate retrospectives, document lessons learned, and refine portfolio management processes
• Balance core responsibilities with supplemental client and internal engagements
• Provide peer coverage and support overflow workloads
• Track company capacity, personnel assignments, resource gaps, and future workloads
• Resolve resource conflicts and optimize utilization across accounts
• Support resource allocation, tracking, and prioritization
• Track project or retainer actuals against SOW hours, deliverables, or project counts
• Lead efforts to achieve project objectives and accurately scope task and project duration and difficulty
• Ensure project tasks are completed within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints
• Support end-to-end account workflow, time management, scope delivery, and risk prioritization
• Anticipate problems and roadblocks, plan contingencies, and recommend solutions
• Maintain process documentation, operational policies, production calendars, timelines, and reports
• Schedule internal and client meetings and maintain documentation, file structures, and naming conventions
• Manage team schedules, deadlines, reporting workflows, and client reporting calendars
• Identify procedural improvements and engage others in implementing them
• Build client relationships and attend client meetings
• Measure performance against goals
• Partner with Group Directors and Client Services on SOWs and staffing plans
• Create and review project or retainer cost-outs and track actuals against budget
• Review burn reports, monitor contribution margins, and recommend adjustments
• Maintain detailed records of scope changes
• Manage financial milestones and coordinate payment reconciliation with finance
• Participate in monthly finance and billing reviews
• Collaborate across teams, including global teams, and support operational excellence
• Support company collaboration, archival, and financial tools and systems

• 6-8 years experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar in advertising/marketing industry
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) or actively working to obtain certification desired
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience with Deltek Workbook or Deltek products is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
