Project Manager

• Coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from planning, team allocation, and task distribution through completion
• Manage schedules, third-party contracts, resources, and budgets, tracking planned versus actual figures
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, internal departments, clients, and other stakeholders
• Establish goals, set priorities, and direct team efforts
• Ensure the adoption of project management methodologies and best practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks by proposing preventive and corrective actions
• Monitor team performance and contribute to ongoing professional development
• Manage the backlog of client and contract-related requests
• Track project time entries
• Consolidate and report management information to the Executive Board and Finance department, monitoring invoicing
• Use JIRA and Qlik Cloud to monitor, control, and manage projects
• Drive continuous improvements in project management processes and practices

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Experience in project management, preferably in the technology sector
• Knowledge of project management and process methodologies and best practices
• Experience with planning, schedule tracking, resource management, and delivery control
• Knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and performance management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading, managing, and developing teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Qlik Cloud
• Strong corporate communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration across departments
• Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Focus on quality, innovation, collaboration, and alignment with organizational culture
• PMP or CAPM certification issued by PMI is a plus
• CSM or PSM certification in Scrum is a plus
• Other project management-related certifications are a plus
• Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies is a plus
