Senior WordPress Developer – Full-Time, Long-Term

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions
• Optimize website performance for fast load times and responsive design across devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress functionality and performance issues
• Implement security best practices, including regular updates and vulnerability assessments
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Keep up with the latest WordPress and web development trends and technologies
• Contribute to innovative projects delivering outstanding digital experiences for diverse clients

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL related to WordPress development
• Strong experience with WordPress CMS architecture, including custom post types, taxonomies, and hooks
• Demonstrated ability to build responsive and user-friendly websites optimized for performance
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledge of website security principles and best practices to protect against vulnerabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
