City Manager – Real Estate

• Develop the local market by onboarding new properties under management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services
• Manage guest relationships
• Optimize revenue through yield management
• Ensure listings are distributed across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Potentially recruit City Managers under a referral arrangement and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status
