Regulatory Affairs Expert – Licensing Lead

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies
• Identify preferable markets in the region from which to operate
• Participate in interactions with regulatory agencies
• Engage with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and policymakers
• Advocate for policies promoting innovation, safety, and compliance
• Analyze local regulatory proposals
• Advise the business on regulatory risks and opportunities
• Drive initiatives to influence regulatory frameworks
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure proactive compliance
• Contribute to obtaining necessary license approvals in identified markets
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, project managers, and wider business teams
• Translate Thailand regulatory requirements into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and communications
• Execute licensing initiatives across different global regions

• Minimum of 5 years regulatory experience within the financial services or crypto-asset industry
• Ability to apply knowledge of key regulatory frameworks in Thailand strategically and operationally
• Ability to provide direction to resolve complex regulatory issues
• Expertise in preparing regulatory analysis
• Experience preparing and executing interactions with regulatory authorities, including regulatory consultation response submissions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in public speaking and representing companies in regulatory discussions
• Strong team-player orientation and willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on professional capable of working collaboratively and independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• University degree
