Senior Technical Program Manager – Technical Product Manager, Digital Media

• Lead multiple technology initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders
• Manage external vendors against SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, including requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and handoff
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness, coordinating technical vendors, infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance
• Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, issue escalation, and real-time communication during critical launches
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience managing complex technology implementations, including AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience is required, including experience supporting high-traffic ecommerce launches
• Experience managing external vendors against SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments
• Strong technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load, and checkout performance
• Experience leading UAT, requirements gathering, launch readiness, risk management, and go-live activities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities
• Availability for an immediate start with strong U.S. time-zone overlap
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop for remote work
