Project Manager, B2B SaaS

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of SaaS solutions from project initiation through go-live
• Guide customers throughout the implementation process
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions
• Support customers with software setup and configuration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project phase
• Coordinate regular alignment meetings and ensure transparent project progress
• Capture and structure customer requirements
• Develop suitable solutions together with customers
• Coordinate technical questions with the development team
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, project templates, and internal workflows
• Ensure a structured handover of successfully implemented projects to Customer Support and Customer Success

• Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, software implementation, IT consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role
• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new software solutions and digital processes
• Structured working style, clear prioritization skills, and the ability to maintain an overview across multiple concurrent projects
• Confident, professional customer communication and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• Willingness to participate in an introductory call via Microsoft Teams
