Senior Product Manager – Web

• Own Roamless's web products end-to-end across B2C and B2B
• Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption for web products
• Conduct customer conversations and user interviews to identify problems and opportunities
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to translate customer problems into solutions
• Work in Scrum to deliver iteratively
• Collaborate with and energize senior engineers around a shared roadmap and vision
• Use AI tools, including Claude Code, to improve product development efficiency
• Define and track success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to drive business impact
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features
• Help shape product practices, ways of working, and product culture at Roamless

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
• At least 3 years owning web products
• Hands-on experience with B2B web products
• Highly analytical; comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
• Technical fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineers
• Experience working across discovery, delivery, and adoption
• Scrum experience in an agile environment with engineering, design, and data teams
• Strong, clear, structured, and concise communication
• Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code (nice to have)
• Telco, travel, or marketplace experience (nice to have)
• Passion for travel (nice to have)
• Cross-platform web and mobile experience (nice to have)
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience (nice to have)
