Legal Product Manager – Legal Engineer, Qualified Lawyer

• Help shape the future of legal advice for private individuals
• Work directly with the management team
• Optimize legal processes using proprietary software
• Create templates and automate workflows primarily with no-code tools, increasingly also with JavaScript
• Use AI tools strategically
• Develop and test prompts
• Create AI-powered solutions to increase workflow efficiency
• Support software customers and assist them in using the software
• Resolve software customers’ subject-matter and technical questions
• Clarify requirements with lawyers, legal assistants, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize the backlog

• Qualified lawyer with at least the First State Examination in Law, or a degree in business law or a comparable field
• Curiosity and openness toward technology and digitalization
• In-depth knowledge of and strong understanding of legal processes
• Exceptionally conscientious and structured approach to work
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Understanding of business contexts and commercial relationships
• Knowledge of the Pareto principle
• Willingness to acquire programming skills
• Prior knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages is an advantage but not required

• Fixed-term employment contract with a 24-month term
