SAP PP, Production Planning Consultant

• Configure SAP PP master data, including BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Material Masters
• Design and manage production strategy controls, including MRP/MRP Live, S&OP, and Demand Management
• Implement Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing (PP-PI), or Repetitive Manufacturing frameworks
• Optimize shop-floor control processes, including production/process order creation, availability checks, material staging, order confirmation, and TECO
• Configure Capacity Planning workflows, capacity evaluation parameters, leveling strategies, and bottleneck remediation routines
• Collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW functional specifications for shop-floor labels, execution dashboards, and automated order release structures
• Integrate SAP PP with SAP MM, SD, FICO, QM, and EWM

• 5 to 8 years of core SAP functional configuration experience
• 4+ years of dedicated configuration and implementation experience within the SAP PP module
• Mandatory SAP Certified Application Associate - Production Planning and Manufacturing certification
• Strong mastery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA configuration panels, scheduling parameters, batch management, and order type control rules
• Deep understanding of supply chain manufacturing architectures, backflushing logic, and standard product costing connections
• Preferred experience with S/4HANA implementations, including embedded PP/DS or DDMRP
• Preferred experience integrating SAP PP with external MES or PLM applications
