Civil Litigation Attorney – Travel, Automotive, and Consumer Law

• Prepare reports
• Analyze legal proceedings for risk classification and provisioning
• Update legal case management systems
• Occasionally draft medium- and high-complexity legal documents
• Occasionally manage deadlines and hearings
• May handle mediation matters as needed

• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and consumer law
• Experience updating internal case management systems
• Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal proceedings and preparing technical opinions
