Account Executive, Government & Healthcare – DACH, German Speaking

• Lead complex enterprise sales engagements across Government and Healthcare organisations from prospecting and discovery through executive alignment, negotiations, and close.
• Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Own the DACH market territory strategy, prioritising high-value accounts and building sustainable pipeline.
• Engage senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to identify priorities and position Canva Enterprise for digital transformation, collaboration, and AI-powered productivity.
• Acquire new enterprise customers through outbound prospecting, account planning, and inbound opportunity management.
• Identify expansion opportunities using customer usage, adoption trends, and account insights.
• Partner with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to address customer requirements and support implementation and long-term growth.

• Fluency in German and English.
• 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• At least 2 years of experience selling to Government organisations.
• Understanding of public procurement processes, complex stakeholder environments, and enterprise buying cycles.
• Strong new business mindset, including pipeline building, outbound strategies, and opportunity conversion.
• Commercial acumen in complex negotiations, business-case development, and deal structuring.
• High degree of autonomy, accountability, adaptability, resourcefulness, and proactivity.
