UX Designer

• Join the UX Design team
• Build intuitive, functional digital solutions aligned with users’ needs

• Translate business rules, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, functional, and consistent experiences
• Partner with Product and Development teams

• Contribute to the evolution of UX processes, methods, and workflows

• Previous professional experience in UX/UI Design, including participation in projects and hands-on experience across the different stages of the Design Thinking process
• Proficiency in Figma for creating user interfaces (UI), layouts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
• Ability to create and structure content focused on the user experience, taking clarity, consistency, accessibility, and ease of use into account
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, research, and user feedback and apply insights to decision-making
• Proactivity, autonomy, and initiative to identify problems, propose improvements, and drive solutions
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve UX processes, methods, and workflows
• Ability to contribute to request organization and activity prioritization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and justify design decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Organization, attention to detail, and versatility in handling diverse requests and priorities
• Proactive advocacy for usability best practices
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital product development processes is a plus
• Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications is a plus
• Experience structuring or improving UX Design processes is a plus
• Experience contributing to the creation or evolution of Design Systems, component libraries, and interface patterns is a plus
• Experience facilitating collaborative activities, alignment sessions, and discussions about design solutions is a plus
