Vice President – Technology, Transformation Office

• Lead the independent Project Quality Assurance capability within the Transformation Office
• Ensure technology projects comply with the Mashreq Project Management Methodology and required governance, control and delivery standards
• Establish a proactive, risk-based and increasingly automated assurance model
• Help project teams achieve compliance by design
• Provide transparent insight to senior management
• Escalate material gaps requiring intervention
