HR Business Partner

• Provide high-impact HR partnership to India- and U.S.-based leaders and employees
• Align business priorities with Weave’s global People strategy and India workforce needs
• Partner across onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee relations, engagement, hiring, events, and culture
• Connect leaders, employees, and People Team partners to drive execution and outcomes in India
• Advise and coach leaders using local insight to strengthen culture and employee experience
• Report to the Director of HRBPs & Employee Experience
• Advise leaders and shape global people strategy in India
• Translate attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement data into recommendations
• Provide expertise on India’s employee experience and employment landscape
• Support India compensation cycles, calibration, and manager coaching with Total Rewards
• Own proactive employee relations and coach managers through sensitive situations
• Own India compliance and POSH matters in partnership with Legal and external statutory-execution partners
• Provide workforce-planning input, support hiring-manager readiness, and shape onboarding with recruiting teams
• Own India engagement action plans and partner with Employee Experience on culture
• Own India Meets, town halls, recognition, and celebrations from concept through execution

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of experience as an HRBP
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take ownership for work outcomes
• Previous experience working in a technology company
• Experience in a fast-growth organization where scaling HR was needed
• Experience supporting an organization of 200+ employees
• Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company
• Willingness to embrace AI tools in work
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects
• Ability to work some U.S. hours every week
• Successful completion of a background check
