QA Engineer – CTRM Platform

• Own QA for the CTRM platform end to end
• Decide what must be tested and build the automation
• Develop test strategy and test plans for deal capture, pricing, invoicing, costs, demurrage, claims, P&L, margin and reporting
• Build automated API, data and UI tests integrated into CI
• Create realistic test data and business-approved expected results
• Perform regression testing of calculations and historical P&L reproducibility
• Test market-data feeds and integrations with accounting and operations systems
• Reconcile platform data with source systems
• Critically review agent-written code and tests
• Work with users on acceptance testing and reproduce defects
• Assess release quality and determine what is safe to ship

• 4+ years in QA or software testing, with ownership of test strategy and automation on a business-critical product
• Strong test automation in Python (pytest or similar) or another mainstream language
• API testing
• UI automation with Playwright, Cypress or similar
• Good SQL and ability to test data directly
• Experience testing calculation-heavy or financial systems — trading, banking, payments, billing, ERP or accounting
• Understanding of CI/CD and of where tests belong in it
• Experience working with coding agents and evaluating agent-written tests critically
• Precise written communication
• English sufficient to present findings and defend a release decision
• Professional proficiency in Russian
